Established in 1989, Mountain High is an independent retailer, owned and managed by a team of highly trained staff equipped to meet the needs and expectations of today’s informed and educated snowboarders. We are a real snowboard shop (selling kit all year round), passionate about boarding and stockists of the finest boards and equipment available. We have hand picked some of the World’s most exclusive boards for you from Burton, Ride and Salomon.

With a massive showroom spread over two large floors and extending to nearly 3,000 sq/ft, we have an unbelievable range of boards, boots, clothing and equipment on display at all times.

All our staff love to get out to the mountains and ride the kit we sell – and with this experience we carefully pick all of our snowboard products to suit the needs of today’s riders. Whatever age or stage you are at in snowboarding, we will help find that perfect board, jacket or accessory that suits you, your riding style and your budget.

Our staff also plays a vital role in the service you receive in store. Their love of snowboarding shows in the pride that they take in setting up your board – and not just the ones that we sell. Mountain High will make sure every customer’s board, from an entry-level, beginners board to a top of the range back country powder board, rides to its true potential. All of our staff, with their high levels of technical competence and specialist advice, can extract that extra bit of performance or comfort that will make all the difference whether you're just getting into snowboarding or are a hardened seasonaire. When it comes to boot fitting, their patience and vast experience from selling boots for years can make all the difference to getting the perfect fit.

Our extensive workshop facilities are always on hand for service and repairs, and to professionally wax and edge your board to keep it running super fast and smooth. For more serious chips and dinks to the base, full P-Tex repairs can be carried out, as well.
